Currently we offer two time slots, before 1pm.

You can punch in your request till 12:30 pm for same day delivery. After 12:30 slot, you can schedule your pick up for next day.

Sorry but once the address for a request has been submitted, it cannot be changed. Although you can cancel the order and create a new request with the changed address. (TNCs applied)

Yes, you can change the drop address before your paper/parcel has been picked up. Swipe left on your order and click on edit for making changes.

In case you wish to cancel your order, you will not be charged a fee till the first 5 mins of placing the order. If cancellation happens after 5 mins of placing an order, 50% of order value will be deducted from your account.

Subject to all conditions being normal, your Papers or Parcels will be delivered the same day, given the order has been placed before 1pm.

Once your order has been delivered, the sender will receive a confirmation over the registered email.

Yes, we will attempt to deliver the parcel the next day, incase documents are sent on bank holidays and Saturdays the second attempt will be charged at 50% of the original booking value.

You will need to book the request as pick up from PNP hub and delivery to the receiver, add HUB address

Sorry, currently don’t accept cash.

No, once the parcel is picked up and scanned no changes can be made.

Yes, you may opt for this by clicking on add more Papers/Parcels options.

We would take utmost care not to lose your parcel but however in case the same is misplaced then our liability is limited to Rs. 50.

It will be the senders responsibility to insure the Papers/Parcels.

Our PNP Expert details will be available to the sender in tracking system. The PNP Expert will also be wearing a PNP T-shirt, Id Card.

Currently, we deliver a maximum of 3 kgs per request.

The PNP Expert will wait for 3 mins, post which he will be eligible to cancel the order.

Yes an item can be cancelled from the Order. You need to swipe left on the order and click delete to cancel the item.

You have the option of selecting Different time for multiple orders.

With all conditions remaining normal, your order would be picked in the time slot selected by you.

The PNP Expert would check the weight on his personal weighing scale which would deem to be final and if the customer does not agree to the same then the parcel would not be picked up.

Yes we would be open for further discussion subject to the terms and conditions of the company.

Not to worry, we will re-attempt delivery the next day. But if the re-attempt falls on a bank holiday or Saturday, then you will be charged 50% of the original booking value for the re-attempt.

In this case, you will have to book the request again and input PNP Hub as your pick up address. Delivery address will be that of the receiver.

Our PNP Expert details will be available to the sender in tracking system. The PNP Expert always carry their ID cards for identification at the time of pick-up and delivery.

No, once the parcel has been picked up and scanned, no changes in the address can be made.
